So, we now see the similarities in a brain and a hard drive. The main one is that without them, the rest of the body or machine would fail miserably. They are vital to the life of a computer or a human.

A human must have a brain. A computer must have a hard drive. Why? Because, if a human did not have a brain, it could not think, or do anything, and the person would die. If a computer has no hard drive, it will not function properly, and it cannot tell the rest of the computer what to do, and it couldn’t remember anything

Both the brain and a computer’s hard drive control the other parts of themselves. They command the other parts of the body. They tell them what to do, and where to go. They do this quickly and efficiently.

Memorization is something both brains and hard drives do quite well. If you go somewhere, or do something, your brain stores that memory away. Similarly, a hard drive stores memories of the places you go on a computer.

The human brain can be thought of, in some ways, like a computer’s hard drive. It controls the rest of the body. It tells other parts what to do. It stores information. Today we will look at three main similarities, which are memory, command-sending, and the necessity of having one.

If a coach chooses to go for it on fourth and short, it could affect the outcome of the game. If you choose to skip college, it could affect the outcome of your life.
